Day 9 of APN Kosovo 2026 focused on project development & monitoring and evaluation.Participants engaged with insightful perspectives from Phoebe Greenaway, who guided a deep dive into monitoring and evaluation, emphasizing the importance of data, impact measurement, and sustainability in peacebuilding initiatives. Drawing on her work with Innovations in Peacebuilding, she supported participants in strengthening their project frameworks and refining their approaches.Throughout the day, participants worked closely with both IP and FIQ teams—engaging in sessions both in person and remotely—as they practiced and refined their project pitches in preparation for the Capstone Project Presentation.The sessions highlighted the importance of strong evaluation methods and clear communication, ensuring that projects are not only impactful in design but also measurable and sustainable in practice.
