Panel 3 | Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)
🏗️ PPPs work when risk is shared wisely, responsibilities are clear, and trust is built into the structure.
Panel III at French Business Day focused on Public-Private Partnerships as a strategic tool for delivering complex infrastructure and long-term investments in Kosovo.
🙏 Thanks to our moderator Dajana Berisha (Forum for Civic Initiative) and panelists Kreshnik O. (Department for Public-Private Partnership, Ministry of Finance), Kushtrim Povataj (Groupe Povataj), Herve Bonin (ADLMS PIA), and Süreyya Gökhan AÇIKGÖZ (Limak Pristina International Airport) for sharing practical insights and real-world experience.
The discussion highlighted what makes PPPs successful in practice — from transparent procurement and bankable project structures to long-term risk allocation and institutional capacity — emphasizing predictability and partnership as key success factors.
🤝 French Business Day was organized in cooperation with the French Embassy in Kosovo and supported by TEB BNP Paribas and Mr. Bricolage.
