Day 8 of APN Kosovo 2026

Day 8 of APN Kosovo 2026 focused on interfaith dialogue and the role of education and technology in peacebuilding.Participants engaged with insightful perspectives from Arizza Nocum, Co-founder and President of KRIS for Peace, who highlighted the power of youth-led initiatives in fostering interfaith dialogue and countering violent extremism. Drawing on her experience training over 1,000 young peacebuilders, she emphasized the importance of grassroots leadership and inclusive engagement across communities.The session was complemented by John DeRosa, Principal Product Manager at Amazon Web Services and affiliated faculty at George Mason University, who explored how education and emerging technologies can be leveraged to support peacebuilding efforts. He underscored the role of innovation, digital tools, and strategic thinking in equipping future leaders to address complex global challenges.
